Refund Policy

Welcome to A&A flower shop refund policy

Thank you for choosing us! We want to ensure you have a great experience. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours, you’ll get back 75% of the amount paid. For immediate orders delivered the same day, the refund will be 65% of the amount. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Refund Policy - Damage or bad condition 

Thank you for shopping with us! If your arrangements arrive in poor condition, such as wilted or low-quality flowers, we offer an 80% refund because your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us if you experience any issues. Note that this refund is only valid if you report the incident to our delivery staff before signing, as no refunds can be issued once our agents leave the delivery location. The Refund Policy

Thank you for staying with us. If our store cannot process the refund the card you used, we will send your refund in a gift card by mail. Our team will contact you if there is any issue with the return of your money. We appreciate your understanding and support.
